*Most Lenders and Mortgage Servicers are working on behalf of an investor or the party that holds the risk against your mortgage or note. In most cases these investors can have hundreds (if not thousands) of pools of loans each pool coming with it’s own set of rules. That means that in many cases your lender may not be working a file in a general department. It could be assigned to a specific department or a specific point of contact. ACG does not have access to know in many to most cases who the investor is or who it is assigned to prior to commencing its services. Their experience does allow them to work quickly but does not guarantee any particular turnaround time frame(s). Other factors such as whether or not the mortgage is insured by a mortgage insurance company may also influence the processing along with many other unforeseen factors.
